Pursuing Excellence, Leading the Future! With the aim of establishing a long-term strategic partnership with Shandong University—and specifically to facilitate the professional development and career planning of recent graduates—on January 5, 2021, at the dawn of the new year, our company welcomed four graduates from the "Materials Forming and Control Engineering" program at Shandong University's School of Materials Science and Engineering to undertake an internship in our production workshop.
Mr. Sun Yantao, the company's Chairman and General Manager, held discussions with the students, providing a detailed overview of the company's products and future strategic direction. Furthermore, he arranged for company staff to guide the students on a tour of the production workshop and organized technical personnel to conduct training sessions and practical exercises—including experimental simulations—thereby offering a comprehensive demonstration of our operational procedures. Through this internship experience, the graduates were able to significantly enhance their employability.

On August 22, 2026, the 2026 National Conference on Solid Mechanics officially opened in Tianjin, China.
