Release date:

2026-06-25

Recently, the 8th National Symposium on Naval Vessel Shock Resistance Technology was successfully held in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. The conference was jointly organized by the Ship and Marine Engineering Society of China, the Explosion Mechanics Committee of the Chinese Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, and several national key laboratories. The event brought together leading experts, researchers, and industry professionals in the fields of naval blast protection and shock resistance technology.

As an invited service provider, ZONEDE Instruments participated in the conference and showcased its latest achievements in dynamic impact mechanics testing. Key exhibits included the Light Gas Gun Testing System and the Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar (SHPB) Testing System, both of which are widely used for studying the dynamic behavior of materials under high strain-rate loading conditions.

These advanced testing systems provide reliable technical support for research on novel protective materials, armor systems, penetration resistance, and dynamic mechanical characterization of materials. The solutions attracted considerable attention from experts and researchers engaged in defense technology, naval engineering, and advanced materials development.

ZONEDE Instruments remains committed to delivering innovative testing solutions for extreme-condition material research. We look forward to strengthening collaboration with researchers and industry partners, contributing to the advancement of naval vessel shock resistance technology and the development of next-generation protective materials and structures.
